Great question! Xebec products purchased at TheXebec.com, our Amazon store, or other authorized resellers are automatically covered for manufacturer defects. In such cases, our internal team will work with you to either replace or coordinate a repair
I have a tax exemption certificate. How do I place a tax-exempt order?
Please contact us HERE and share your tax exemption form. Make sure that the shipping address is located within the state covered by the form. We cannot refund taxes retroactively on an order, so please contact us before your purchase.
