A reminder on our shipping policy if your order appears unfulfilled:
Orders must be placed before 10:45 AM CT on business days to be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 10:45 AM CT may ship the following business day.
Orders placed after 10:45 AM CT on Friday will ship the following Monday.
We process, ship, and deliver packages five days a week, Monday to Friday (location and carrier restrictions apply).
If your order should have shipped by now based on the above criteria, please reach out and we'll look into it!
