How is Extend different from the included warranty?Updated 7 months ago

Great question! Xebec products purchased at TheXebec.com, our Amazon store, or other authorized resellers are automatically covered for manufacturer defects. In such cases, our internal team will work with you to either replace or coordinate a repair of the item at no cost to you. 

In addition to this free, included coverage, we also offer accidental damage protection and extended failure protection through a third-party partner called Extend. 1, 2, and 3-year plans are available to easily add to products at checkout, which cover incidents such as a cracked screen or damage from dropping a product. Customers needing to utilize their Extend plan can reach out to the Extend team directly to make a claim. For more information about Extend, please check out the info here!
