All new Xebec products purchased via thexebec.com or an authorized reseller come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects (note: not accidental damage - we partner with Extend for that*!), which you can find in detail here. 

Think you may need to utilize your warranty? Please send us the following info HERE, and we'll assist you in troubleshooting or replacing as appropriate! 

• Your name
• Order number if purchased from thexebec.com or an invoice if purchased from a third-party seller
• Serial number of the product 
• Brief written description of the problem
• Image/video of the problem
