How do I start a return?

How long do I have to make a return?

I sent my order back. When will I get my refund?

Please allow 14 days from the time your return is delivered to Xebec for your return to be processed. If it's been longer than 14 days, please reach out to us, as we can provide information to you to share with your bank in the instance the refund ha

I purchased a bundle. Do I have to return it as a whole?

No! If you're not satisfied with a certain product but you purchased a Xebec bundle, you definitely do not need to return it all. You can go through the regular return request process and select the item you'd like to return - keeping the rest!
