How do I start a return?Updated a month ago

To start a return, please complete the Return Request Form. (For SmartMotion Office Chair returns, please start by reaching out to us here).

Note that items are eligible for a return label within 30 days of delivery and must be dropped with the carrier within 35 days of delivery. Items sent back to us without prior authorization or without using the provided return label or that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

2024 Holiday Return Policy
All items purchased between November 14, 2024, and December 14, 2024, will have an extended return window until Monday, January 13, 2024 to be eligible to return, and must be dropped at the carrier no later than January 18, 2024 to be eligible for a return.
