You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, and seven days after that to drop your product with the carrier, to be eligible for the refund. Check out the full return policy here!

Orders placed between November 12 and December 15 will have an extended return window. Customers will be able to ship a return back using a Xebec-issued label no later than January 16 to be eligible for a refund.
