1. Your phone supports wireless charging

2. Your phone case is MagSafe compatible (or, for users of iPhone 12 and newer devices, ensure your case won't block the magnetic hold between your phone and the charger)

Why is that important? 

For iPhone Users (iPhone 12 and Newer):

Your iPhone uses Apple's MagSafe technology! This means it will connect magnetically to a MagSafe wireless charger - no special case needed. However, if you do use a case to protect your device and it's not MagSafe compatible, be aware that it may block the magnetic connection between your phone and the charger. Always be cautious when connecting a phone to the Phone Charger & Mount when using a case for the first time to ensure the device has a strong hold! 

For Other Devices:

Important: To securely attach your phone to the Phone Charger & Mount, you must use a MagSafe-compatible device or case. Even if your phone supports wireless charging, it will not magnetically connect to the charger without MagSafe compatibility.
