Can I Charge My Laptop While Using Both USB-C Ports with the Snap?Updated 17 days ago
Pass-Through Charging for Seamless Use
Although the Snap uses minimal power, we've built in pass-through charging to keep your laptop charged even when both of its USB-C ports are occupied. If your laptop charges via a USB-C connection (between 60W-100W), you can connect your laptop’s charger to the pass-through charging port located on the Snap Bracket. This ensures that your laptop stays powered up while using the Snap screens.
Here’s a diagram showing how to use the pass-through charging feature:
Note: Ensure that your laptop charger provides sufficient wattage (60W-100W) for optimal charging. Pass-through charging may not work as expected if you’re using a third-party charger or a power brick that didn’t come with your laptop.
