Always ensure your PowerBank is charged up based on the lights on the side. If you have one light or no lights, connect the USB-C port to a wall outlet to charge the PowerBank up before connecting to a device.

If you have more than one light on indicating a sufficient charge, ensure that you're using the best port for your device! 

• The USB-A port (the bigger port) is for charging small devices such as a phone, small tablet, keyboard, mouse, headphones, etc.
• The USB-C port (the smaller port) charges larger devices, such as a laptop or large tablet, and can fast-charge smaller devices, like a phone.
