Our warehouse will be closed July 1–7 as our team takes a well-deserved break. Orders placed during this time will not ship until our team returns and will be packed up in the order they were placed no later than July 10.

Orders placed by Tuesday, June 30 at 11:45 AM CT will ship before the hold begins.

Shipping Policy

USA

• Xebec offers FREE Express Shipping in the Contiguous US * on orders over $100
• Orders in the US $100 and below have FREE Standard Shipping
• A shipment ordered after 11:45 AM CT for US customers on Friday may not be delivered until the following Wednesday.
• * All orders that include The PowerBank and the SmartMotion Office Chair must ship via ground shipping. Please allow 2 business days to process your SmartMotion Office Chair order prior to shipping.

US ONLY PRODUCTS: The PowerBank, Air Desk, and SmartMotion Office Chair are only available within the contiguous United States (it does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Armed Forces).

CANADA

• Xebec offers FREE Standard Shipping
• Expedited Shipping can be purchased for a fee.

INTERNATIONAL

• Customers outside the US and Canada can purchase paid international economy shipping.
