How long will my recipient have to return a holiday gift?Updated 17 days ago

For the holiday season, we offered an extended holiday return window. Orders placed between November 12, 2025, and December 15, 2025 that are in unused condition will have until January 16, 2026, to drop their return off with UPS using a Xebec-generated label. 

All orders placed after December 15 will have the standard 30-day return window to initiate a return.
