With the Snap, do I need to charge or plug in the screens separately? Can I charge my laptop if this uses both of my USB-C ports?Updated 10 months ago

You do not need to provide external power for the Snap Screens as your laptop will provide the power! 

Although the Snap only draws minimal power, we have also included pass-through charging functionality to allow you to stay charged while in use. If your laptop charges via 20W-100W USB-C you can plug in your laptop's provided charging cable to the pass-through charging ports on the Snap Bracket so you can keep charging, even if both USB-C ports are in use.
