How long will my recipient have to return a gift?Updated a month ago

For the holiday season, we offer an extended holiday return window. Orders placed between November 13, 2024, and December 14, 2024 that are in unused condition will have until Monday, January 13, 2024, to create a return label. Customers or gift recipients will have until January 18, 2024, to drop the labeled return with the carrier to be eligible for a refund. 

All orders placed after December 14 will have the standard 30-day return window to initiate a return.
